Year long contract to provide electricity consumption forecasting services to KESCO

Today, Elevate Global announced the execution of a year-long contract to provide electricity consumption forecasting services to KESCO. Elevate Global participated in two trial periods, and was selected by KESCO out of a slate of competitors as it provided the highest forecasting accuracy, as well as simple integration and ease of use. For KESCO, Elevate Global will forecast electricity consumption by the company’s complete customer base in Kosovo, including residential, commercial, and public sector customers. The forecast will be provided on an intra-day, one day-ahead and two days-ahead basis. KESCO will use BAT, Elevate Global’s flagship forecasting service for the energy industry, to obtain the forecast.
Gjorgji Madjarov, Elevate Global CEO, said:

“We are honored to have been selected by KESCO to serve as their long-term electricity forecasting partner. We are confident that we will repay the trust placed in Elevate Global by continuing to provide accurate, easily-accessible forecasts, and that we will actually improve the quality of our services over the next year.”

Huseyin Ozen, KESCO Director of Supply said:

KESCO is very happy with Elevate Global’s performance over two live trial periods. Their forecasting service has significantly improved on the results we were achieving before, and is thus helping us optimize our electricity supply and distribution, and provide a better service to our customers in Kosovo. We are looking for a long and fruitful cooperation with Elevate Global.”
